NATGEO / LOMOGRAPHY: Portraying india

Full interview in Lomography Magazine here

Around 122 different languages are spoken in India - and yet, it is through the locals’ eyes that I found the most meaningful interactions.

In a country spread over 3 million square metres and called home by more than 1.2 billion people - drawing a single portrait of its people would be mission impossible. Instead, I decided to portray its diversity.

Those portraits have been shot all over India. I decided to display those photos with no particular order - to underline how varied, rich, multicultural, different and yet similar the people who make India are.
