Gatopardo - Virgin of Guadalupe: Pilgrimage and Devotion

Every year at midnight on December 12th, more and more people gather to sing the mañanitas to the brown virgin, the patron saint of Mexico: the Virgin of Guadalupe.

This is the 492nd year since the Virgin of Guadalupe appeared to Juan Diego, there, next to the basilica, on the hill of Tepeyac, where an estimated 13 million devotees are expected to arrive to ask for miracles and forgiveness.
