(PRINT) Gatopardo - Fentanyl in Mexico: The Overlooked Crisis

In 2022, fentanyl is believed to have killed 110 000 people. I flew to Tijuana to photograph the extent of the crisis.

Tijuana is the meeting point where forced migration due to poverty in the region, drug trafficking, addictions, HIV, human trafficking, violence, forced disappearances and executions coincide, all as if they were multiple needles buried in the same vein.
